Research and Development Cell:
Research and development are essential components of quality education dissemination by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Swami Vivekananda Institute of Management has taken up the initiative of establishing a Research and Development Cell (RDC) for quality education and innovation. It also focuses on the creation and transfers of knowledge and to put in place a robust mechanism for developing the research ecosystem in the campus. The research initiatives are strengthened by the generation of knowledge, innovation and technology for the larger benefit of the society by mobilization of resources and funding. RDC works through the human, intellectual and financial capitals, research promotion and guidance, innovations and incubation systems, capacity building, integrity and ethics, and fostering community, industry and governmental collaborations at local, national and international levels. RDC serves as a nodal center for ideation and conceptualization of research programs through the conduct of workshops, training programs, conferences, and seminars.
o RDC encourages the research culture in the campus and encourages students and faculty to undertake research problems in the newly emerging fields.
o Various conferences, seminars, workshops and training programs are conducted under the aegis of RDC to cater to the students, and faculties.
