SVIM Placement Cell facilitates recruitment and career development for the students. The cell continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately attain desired employment.

The Cell undertakes several activities to strengthen capacity of the young talents and raise their confidence to meet the real life challenges in the fast changing global and national market. The activities aim at equipping the students to contribute meaningfully to their own development, shape their own destiny as well as that of the state and society.

SVIM Placement Cell organizes several activities to enhance employability and facilitate employment opportunities for the youths who are about to complete their formal education. These include:

Campus Recruitment Drives: SVIM facilitates campus recruitment drives for students pursuing professional courses by inviting corporate, banks, NGOs and government departments for the benefit of the students.
Registration in Online Job Portals: The Cell has arrangements with recruitment portals such as firstnaukri.com, monster.com, freshersworld.com, hireme.com and placementseason.com for skills assessment and virtual recruitment free of cost for students.
Career Counseling: The Cell arranges both One-on-One and group career counseling sessions to help students identify strengths, weaknesses, values, interests and skill gaps.
Basic Employability Skills Training: Training programs include Job Preparedness, Communication Skills, Etiquettes and Manners, Personality Grooming, Team Work and IT Skills.
Pre Placement Training: Training sessions on Reasoning, Aptitude and English are conducted for students participating in placement drives.
